Trained as an economist at The University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Ellis has been recognized as a expert in the areas of oil and gas pricing, contracts and markets by State and Federal Courts in many jurisdictions. Mr. Ellis earned his B.A. and M.P.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
Thomas A. Graves, Vice-President 
co-founded the firm in 1977. Mr. Graves has
of experience and formerly worked as a rate analyst for Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company and as a project analyst for Browning-Ferris Industries, Inc. Mr. Graves holds a B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Graves has been recognized as an expert on rate issues for natural gas and water/wastewater utilities before State and Federal judicial and administrative jurisdictions.
John M. Berghammer, Vice-President 
has been an industry consultant specializing in oil and gas marketing and revenue accounting issues since 1983. Mr. Berghammer has designed a variety of gas accounting management systems and has conducted numerous audits of wellhead and gas plant sales. Mr. Berghammer has testified as an expert in many matters and venues related to the production, sale and accounting of natural gas and oil. Mr. Berghammer earned his B.A. with honors from St. Mary's University and his M.P.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
Christopher Kay Alguire 
has more
of experience as a consultant in the oil and gas industry. Ms. Alguire performs revenue and gas plant audits for various interest owners and in the resolution of contractual, marketing and transportation issues. Ms. Alguire has testified as an expert on revenue accounting and gas processing issues. Ms. Alguire holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
Susan M. Nielsen
A senior research associate with the firm, Mrs. Nielsen holds a B.S. in Business from Southwest Texas State University and has completed numerous research assignments in
of industry experience. Mrs. Nielsen specializes in database management and document research through State, Federal and private sources.
Grant Fehr
has
experience developing custom programs for the oil and gas industry. Mr. Fehr is an expert in relational database programming and applies these skills to complex data collection and analysis projects for the firm's clients. Mr. Fehr attended Rice University.
Belsa Riojas-Powe
A research associate with the firm, Ms. Powe holds a B.B.A. from The University of Texas - Pan American. Ms. Powe has
of experience specializing in document research and information management for clients in both the oil and gas as well as water utility practices of the firm.
Searcy F. Willis
retired from the firm in 2001. Mr. Willis continues to provide consulting expertise to WGA's municipal clients on a project basis. Mr. Willis was a C.P.A. and is a graduate of Austin College.
